DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Put 1 cup of boiling water onto 1 teaspoon of herbs. Let it infuse for 10-12 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of CARMINATIVE TONIC before straining and drinking. Sip 1 cup 30 minutes BEFORE breakfast and again in the evening.
