Black Seed Oil

Contains antioxidants and bio-active compounds. It may benefit skin and hair health, help reduce inflammation and support weight loss. It is used in combination with cysteine, vitamin E, and saffron to ease the side effects of chemotherapy drug called cisplatin. It is used to help for weight loss, to improve skin condition and used to treat cancer  and diabetes.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Start with small dose, typically 1/2 to 1 teaspoon per day, mix with honey or a spoonful of yogurt  to mask a strong taste of black seed oil. Sometimes sprinkle on salads. Use it 3-6 months, pausing 2-3 weeks and continue so for a lifetime.
